Since 1969, we have lived up to this mission by developing new housing options throughout Jackson County, expanding our rental assistance programs and implementing family self sufficiency and tenant services programs that give our families the tools they need to succeed.

Today we provide over 1,100 units of rental housing and over 1,800 Housing Choice Vouchers to households throughout Southern Oregon and are continuing to grow.

Affordable housing is an integral part of a successful community and we are proud to provide these services to ours.
