Applying for Housing Assistance

Q: How do I apply for housing assistance?

A: The easiest way to apply is to visit our office at 2251 Table Rock Road, Medford, OR. Our receptionists can help you find the program that's best for you by asking questions about your income, family size and other qualification requirements. If you are unable to come to our office you can download applications from our website, print them out and mail them to us. We will mail applications to households who reside outside Jackson County.

Q: How do I find out where I am on the waiting list?

A: The waiting lists are organized by date and time of application. You will not be assigned a number on the list, but if you call we can tell you what dates we are currently working with to give you an idea of how long it will be until we reach the date of your application. It is not necessary to call and check in, however, if your address changes you need to notify us immediately, in writing, so that we may update your file.

For more information, contact  or call 541-779-5785 x 1033.
