Subsidized Housing Programs
Subsidized Housing Programs are apartments in which residents pay rent based on their income. The Housing Authority offers a wide variety of subsidized housing programs from the popular Housing Choice Voucher program to housing for elderly residents to housing for chronically homeless families.
Looking for a nice apartment with affordable rent? The Housing Authority owns and manages over 1,500 rental units throughout Southern Oregon. Our rents are lower than market rents, affording families an opportunity to live in a nice apartment at a rent they can more easily afford in a wide variety of sizes, neighborhoods and price ranges.
