Anderson Vista Apartments, Talent

Anderson Vista Apartments is located at 571 Talent Avenue in Talent. Anderson Vista is subsidized by USDA Rural Development. Rental assistance is available for 23 of the 36 units, enabling those families to pay approximately 30% of their income toward rent and utilities. The other units pay a flat rent which is significantly lower than market rent for a similar unit.

Anderson Vista is a community for farm workers and their families. To qualify, the head of household must earn at least $4,582.50 per year from agriculturally related employment and have legal residency in the United States. The following types of work are considered farm labor:
Orchards Produce Processing Plant Food Processing Plant
Packing House Egg Farm Vineyards
Reforestation work Farm or Ranch Aquaculture

Amenities
These apartments are available in 2, 3, or 4 bedroom sizes and feature A/C, patios, on-site laundry room, playgrounds, basketball court, community gardens and on-site resident services.

Annual gross income must be less than:
2 People: $35,840 3 People: $40,320 4 People: $44,720 5 People: $48,320 6 People: $51,920 7 People: $55,520 8 People: $59,040
