Lilac Meadow Apartments

Lilac Meadow is located at 3009 Cummings Lane in Medford and is subsidized by USDA Rural Development. It is part of a larger, 82 unit apartment community. Rental assistance is available for the 40 units, allowing families to pay approximately 30% of their income toward rent and utilities.

Lilac Meadow Phases I & III are a community for farm workers and their families. To qualify, the head of household must earn at least $4,582.50 per year from agriculturally related employment and have legal residency in the United States. The following types of work are considered farm labor:
Orchards Produce Processing Plant Food Processing Plant
Packing House Egg Farm Vineyards
Reforestation work Farm or Ranch Aquaculture

Amenities
These apartments are available in 2, 3, or 4 bedroom sizes and feature A/C, patios, on-site laundry room, large community center, playgrounds, basketball court, and on-site resident services.

Income Limits
Annual gross income must be less than:
2 People: $22,400 3 People: $25,200 4 People: $27,950 5 People: $30,200 6 People: $32,450 7 People: $34,700 8 People: $36,900

Occupancy Standards
Occupancy Standards are as follows:
2 Bedroom: 2-5 People 3 Bedroom: 3-7 People 4 Bedroom: 4-9 People
