In response to the COVID-19 public health crisis and in conformance with the recommendations of public health officials; the following policy is in place beginning March 17, 2020 and effective until FURTHER NOTICE

Only work orders classified as Urgent or Emergency related shall be responded to when work is required in the interior of units or public spaces.
~There are two ways in which you may manage your payments electronically ~
You may set up an account with ZEGO, our third party application platform, to monitor and edit rent payments and bank accounts. You will need your ID/Account number first, so email email@example.com for your number; OR
You may choose to print and fill out the auto-pay form HERE. Once completed, mail or drop it off at our office on Table Rock Road for HAJC staff to set up for you. PLEASE NOTE - If you are on auto-pay and there is a change to your rent amount, you are responsible to call our office to update your payment amount.
