Rosemary Hernlein brings over 15 years of experience in management and social services to the Jackson County Housing Authority Board. With a strong leadership, team-building, and community engagement background, Rosemary has a proven track record of guiding individuals and teams toward achieving self-sufficiency and employability goals. In her previous role with the Department of Human Services, Rosemary led efforts to set and meet program goals, conducted needs assessments, and ensured compliance with federal and state regulations.

Rosemary, a dedicated community member, has worked closely with the Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) to address housing scarcity. She is excited by the board’s innovative approaches and is committed to contributing to lasting and productive change in the community. Rosemary’s passion for helping others and her] creativity in problem-solving make her a valuable asset to the board.

Throughout her career, Rosemary has received several leadership awards and is deeply motivated by the betterment of the community. She looks forward to continuing to serve and support the mission of the Jackson County Housing Authority.

Lori Magel has been a Rogue Valley developer and home builder for more than 24 years. She has built more than fifty custom homes throughout the region.  In 2007 she won the award for Jackson County Home Builder of the Year.  Lori is President of the Jackson County Home Builders’ Association and presently serves on the Executive Committee and the Education Committee of the Oregon Home Builders’ Association.
