COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION POSTING:  4/18/25

BID DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING BIDS:     May 22, 2025 at 4:00 PM

Contract description: The Housing Authority of Jackson County, acting on behalf of Allen Creek Crossing LLC, is conducting a competitive procurement to award a Contract to a General Contractor for the construction of a 68-unit, two-story, garden style walk-up apartment development.

Contract location: Grants Pass, Oregon

Find the full solicitation at the Medford Builders Exchange, M-F 8 am to 4 pm, at 2330 Crater Lake Avenue, Medford, OR 97504. Contractors who are not registered with the Exchange, or do not check back by the Addenda deadline, will not receive updates or amendments to the solicitation, which could disadvantage your bid.

Mandatory Pre-bid Conference:     Wednesday April 30, at 10:00 AM    on the job site at 1191 West Harbeck Rd., Grants Pass. A plan holders list will be established by those whom attend. Bids from contractors that do not attend this mandatory pre-bid conference will be rejected and returned unopened.

Solicitation documents: A Project Manual containing specifications, project directory, bid instructions, third party reports, and required contract language and requirements, the architectural drawings, and all Addenda issued.

Clarifications: If a bidder finds discrepancies in, or omissions from the drawings or documents, or had doubt as to their meaning, the bidder shall at once notify the Owner in writing. The Owner, Architect, or Engineer shall issue an Addenda (posted to the Medford Builders Exchange) for those items requiring clarifications of the contract documents.
