The Housing Authority of Jackson County’s Board of Commissioners will hold its monthly meeting on September 19, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in person at 2231 Table Rock, Medford, OR, 97501.
Agenda topics include but are not limited to Approval of Minutes, New Business; Resolution 2024-14, Authorizing Change of Time of Board Meeting; Resolution 2024-15 Authorizing signing of PHA 5-year PHA; Resolution 2024-16 Adopting Payment Standards 2024-2025, Financials, Bills and Communications, Department Reports, Secretary’s Reports, and Unfinished Business.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Housing Authority of Jackson County has completed its proposed Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan. The Housing Authority of Jackson County will hold a public hearing on Thursday October 10, 2024 at 11 a.m. at 2231 Table Rock Road Medford, Oregon at which time the Housing Authority of Jackson County will take public comment on the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan.
The Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan will be available for review during normal business hours from September 3, 2024 to October 2, 2024 at the Housing Authority office located at 2251 Table Rock Road Medford, Oregon.
