NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Housing Authority of Jackson County has completed its proposed PHA Annual Plan for fiscal year 2026. The Housing Authority of Jackson County will hold a Public Hearing on August 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at 2231 Table Rock Road, Medford, Oregon, at which time the Housing Authority of Jackson County will take public comment on the PHA Annual Plan.
The Public Housing Agency Annual Plan will be available for review during normal business hours from June 30, 2025, to August 14, 2025, at the Housing Authority office located at 2251 Table Rock Road, Medford, Oregon.

Online-Only Applications Beginning July 1, 2025
Effective July 1, 2025, the Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) will accept online-only applications for all housing programs.

The online application is mobile-friendly and works on most devices. For individuals without access to a device, HAJC offers an iPad kiosk for public use at its main office, available by appointment.
