NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Jackson County will hold their regularly scheduled monthly meeting on July 18, 2024, which will start at 9:00 a.m.
The meeting will take place in person at 2231 Table Rock, Medford, OR, 97501. An executive session will be held following the regular meeting as per ORS 192.660 (2) (e).
Agenda topics include but are not limited to Approval of Minutes, New Business; Resolution 2024-11; Authorizing IGA Royal Oaks, Resolution 2024-12 Authorizing a Contract for Purchase of Modular Homes, Financials, Bills and Communications, Department Reports, Secretary’s Reports, and Unfinished Business.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Housing Authority of Jackson County has completed its proposed 5-Year Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan for fiscal year 2025. The Housing Authority of Jackson County will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at 2231 Table Rock Road, Medford, Oregon at which time the Housing Authority of Jackson County will take public comment on the 5-Year PHA Plan.
The Public Housing Agency Annual Plan will be available for review during normal business hours from June 24, 2024, to August 8, 2024, at the Housing Authority office located at 2251 Table Rock Road, Medford, Oregon.
