Snowberry Brook II
Snowberry Brook II is currently under construction in Ashland, and tenants will be moving in this year! This project will bring 60 units of much-needed housing to the southern Rogue Valley.
Creekside Apartments
completed construction in 2020. It has 50 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses in Central Point. All units are affordable to households earning up to 60% of area median income or less. HAJC is currently working with our partner MaslowProject to provide supportive services onsite to youth and their families. These services focus on the mitigation of the effects of adverse childhood experiences for the purpose of preventing long-term impacts. HAJC is also working with the Veteran’s Administration Southern OregonRehabilitation Center and Clinics to ensure that qualified veteran residents receive services.
Newbridge Place
completed construction in 2019. It has 64 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in Medford. All apartments are affordable to households earning up to 50% of area median income or less.
