HAJC is always looking for new development sites. We typically require at least 3-5acre sites with no wetlands or flood plains present or adjacent. Sites should be relatively flat, properly zoned, and located within city limits or a UGB. Nearby adequate utility service is a plus. Prior to the acquisition of any site, we must complete an extensive environmental review that may take upwards of 90-120 days to complete.
