We strongly encourage employees to take advantage of their earned vacation leave by scheduling time off from work. This is a value to you and the Housing Authority for good moral, health and efficiency. There is no waiting period for using accrued vacation leave and eligible employees will begin accruing at 3 weeks per year.
We understand from time-to-time employees may become ill or suffer an injury. To account for these absences, eligible employees accrue one (1) day of sick leave each month worked.
Eligible employees will receive 9 paid holidays each year.
