The HOME program is a group of affordable, scattered site apartments located throughout Jackson County. While the rent amounts are not based on income, they are significantly lower than market rents.

There are varying income limits within the HOME program depending on the unit that becomes available at the time your application reaches the top of the waiting list. In order to qualify for these apartments, households must have gross annual income lower than the following limits:
