Scattered Site HOME Program
The HOME program is a group of affordable, scattered site apartments located throughout Jackson County. While the rent amounts are not based on income, they are significantly lower than market rents.
The apartments included in this program are:
- Osprey Apartments
- Summit Street Apartments
- Table Rock Apartments
- Countryside Apartments
- Mill Creek Apartments
- Penny Lane Apartments
- Talent Duplexes
Income Limits
There are varying income limits within the HOME program depending on the unit that becomes available at the time your application reaches the top of the waiting list. In order to qualify for these apartments, households must have gross annual income lower than the following limits:

Occupancy Standards
The occupancy standards are as follows:
