Cathedral Square
completed construction in 2024. It has 56 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments townhouses in Grants Pass. All units are affordable to households earning up to 50% of area median income or less. HAJC is currently working with our partner Maslow Project to provide supportive services onsite to youth and their families. These services focus on the mitigation of the effects of adverse childhood experiences for the purpose of preventing long-term impacts.
Freedom Square II
completed construction in 2022. It has 50 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses in White City. All units are affordable to households earning up to 60% of area median income or less.
Snowberry Brook II
completed construction in 2020. It has 64 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in Ashland. All apartments are affordable to households earning up to 50% of area median income or less.
