The Housing Authority of Jackson County is pleased to introduce 2 new affordable housing communities to the city of Medford. Orchard Home is located at 1630 Orchard Home Drive and Prescott Gardens is located at 2164 N. Keene Way. Both communities will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with washer & dryer, A/C, dishwasher, community center and playground.
Applications will be available beginning June 24th thru July 19th at HAJC 2251 Table Rock Road in Medford and on our website at www.hajc.net, applications turned in during that time will then be put into a lottery to determine waitlist placement.
