Lilac Meadow II
Lilac Meadow is located at 3009 Cummings Lane in Medford and is subsidized by USDA Rural Development. It is part of a larger, 82-unit apartment community. Rental assistance is available for the 40 units, allowing families to pay approximately 30% of their income toward rent and utilities.
Lilac Meadow Phases I & III are a community for farm workers and their families. To qualify, the head of household must earn at least $4,582.50 per year from agriculturally related employment and have legal residency in the United States. The following types of work are considered farm labor:
