The wait times depend on many variables out of our control (bedroom size and vacancies) You will be notified when your name reaches the top of the waitlist.
There is a $30 application fee per adult. There is no fee when applying to the waiting list. You will be asked to pay the fee when your name comes to the top of the waiting list.
